Do you accept Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers?
As a Micrsoft Partner for learning Solutions we are able to accept Software Assuarance Training Vouchers for our Official Microsoft Programs. The vouchers cover up to $299 per day for any course where Official Microsoft Learning Products are used.

Why is AmbiTrain Boot Camp pricing significantly less than others? Simply put, because it can be. AmbiTrain develops long term relationships with our vendors, suppliers, students and customers. In addition, we keep our administration staff small and we do not employ a sales staff. Instead, our primary focus is on our customer service provided by qualified and professional trainers. It is because of this that AmbiTrain does not incur additional expense. We have designed our locations to ensure conducive learning, a comfortable atmosphere and a relaxed environment.

What is included in your boot camp packages?
Our pricing includes Accommodations, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Refreshments), Airfare*, 24 Hour Access to our classrooms and labs, Pre-Study Materials, Courseware, All Exams, Certified Instructor Led Training, Certification Guranantee. There are no surprises when you arrive. We design our package so you only concentrate on the course without having to worry about travel and accommodations.

Where will I travel to and how does the travel work when it is included? If provided for in your program, the staff at AmbiTrain takes care of all of your travel arrangements. We make your air travel arrangements to and from the closest major airport. All accelerated program locations include transportation to the training facility and/or hotel from the airport.

What if I live locally and do not need the included travel?
A $400 discount is given at the time of invoicing for customers driving to the program.

Why is your boot camp class schedule shorter than most other schools? Everyone's courseware and training is unique. We have designed our program so that you are properly trained to learn a skill to bring into the real world and obtain your certification. Our course runs from 8AM to 5PM each day, with most days ending before 5PM. There are no 12 or 14 hour a day classes here! We prefer shorter class days and smaller class sizes to ensure the motivation of our students and retention of the materials being presented to you.

Where and when are the exams taken?
All exams are taken on-site during the course. If your program includes exams then they are included in your package price.

I have heard the term paper MCSE. Is this what your program offers? Absolutely NOT! Our course is designed to TEACH you the concepts associated with the exam modules. We offer the exams at the end of every module as they are a good indicator of what you have learned. With the launch of Windows Server 2003 and with Microsoft's adaptation of simulation technology, Microsoft made the necessary exam changes that have virtually eliminated the "paper MCSE". Not only do our students pass with high scores, but they leave certified. We do not give you the answers, but make sure that you are armed with the proper knowledge so that you are able to solve real world problems. You pass our course feeling confident you got there based on your own merits.

What is your passing/certification rate?
AmbiTrain is proud to hold a 98% passing and certification rate. We have maintained this over several years in all of our programs including Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 and now Windows Server 2003. This is due to the small class size (10 students maximum per class), personalized instructor led training, 24 hour access to our classrooms and labs and 8 hour class days. Additionally, the instructor stays at the same hotel as the student should there be a need for one-on-one training.

What if I do not pass an exam?
We purchase two additional exams per student. In the event that you have to retake an exam, one of our instructors will work with you one on one to assess what subjects you will need assistance with.

What is your Boot Camp Pass Guarantee?
If in the event that you do not obtain your certification by the end of the course, you are welcome to audit a future class at anytime to assist with your certification completion**

*Up to $400 US is provided towards airfare. The Airfare inclusion is for the MCSE/MCSA Dual Certification, MCDST and MCSE/MCSA/CCNA Triple Certification Programs
